There are over 5,300 photographs of men and women on WW1 Roll of Honour. Their photographs were published in the Hastings and St Leonards Pictorial Advertiser. They all lived or had links to the town or the surrounding villages.
However, this website isn’t a complete record of all individuals from the area that did service during the Great War.
If you would like to add someone missing from the records on this website, you can submit their information here, and I will add them. You can add up to three individuals per form submission.
The only qualification criteria is that the person(s) you provide details of lived in Hastings, St Leonards or other villages in East Sussex including Battle, Robertsbridge, Westfield, Crowhurst and Netherfield.
