I have had no success locating any information about this person - There are 4 William Tilbury ASC entries at LOTFWW

Of these I have only been able to find out more about WO William H who appears to have no connection with this family at all.
The extended family of his uncle and brothers (cousins) has revealed no suitable candidate.
I have found another possible match - Mechanist Sergeant Major W H Tilbury: https://livesofthefirstworldwar.org/lifestory/5219819, there is little other information to confirm if it is him though...
